Who we are
Sweetspot is made by Twain AS, a Norwegian company (org. no. 932 602 326). Twain AS decides what happens to the data on this page and is responsible for it. Write to [email protected] about anything here.
What we keep when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- When you joined, and the words you agreed to.
- The code in the link you came from, for example from a TikTok bio, if there was one.
- Whether you asked for the link to send your shots.
To stop automated sign-ups we keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for 24 hours. We never keep the address itself. This site sets no cookies.
Why
To email you about the launch of Sweetspot, and your link to send shots if you asked for it. Nothing else. We don’t sell your email or share it with anyone to market to you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you join.
Where it is stored
In a database run by Supabase in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and never longer than 12 months after Sweetspot launches.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and take back your consent at any time. Email [email protected]. Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, at datatilsynet.no.
Children
Anyone can join the waitlist. If you are under 13, ask a parent to join for you. Sending clips is for players aged 16 and up.
Clips
We don’t take clips yet. Before we ask anyone for clips, this page will say what we do with them, and every use, like training our shot analysis or showing a clip in a post, will be a separate yes.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes. If a change matters for you, we email you first.
