Terms of use

The rules for using Sweetspot, short.

Who we are

Sweetspot is made by Twain AS, Norway (org. no. 932 602 326). By making an account you agree to these terms and to how we handle data in our privacy notice. Questions: hello@sweetspotgoal.com.

Who can use it

What Sweetspot is

Sweetspot is an early version (a pilot). It is free for now, with a daily limit on analyses. Things will change, may stop working for a while, and may end. If we ever charge, we tell you first, and you decide.

The analysis is made by AI

Your clips

Don’t

If someone breaks these rules, we may delete the clip, pause the account or close it. We tell you why, unless the law or safety stops us.

Ending

You can delete your account in the app at any time. That deletes your clips and analyses, as the privacy notice says. We may close Sweetspot or an account with 30 days’ notice by email, or right away if the rules above are broken.

Responsibility

We work to keep Sweetspot running and correct, but give it to you as it is, without promising it is always available or right. As far as the law allows, Twain AS is not responsible for indirect losses, or for what you do based on an analysis. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be signed away, for example as a consumer where you live, or our responsibility for gross negligence or intent.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, the version at the top changes and we tell you in the app before the change applies to you. Norwegian law applies, and Oslo District Court is the venue. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection and the right to go to court where you live. You can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for help with a complaint.
